Privacy Policy
This policy explains how QuantE AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the QuantE AI iOS app and the website at quanteai.com (together, the "Service").
Information we collect

The iOS app itself does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier. It stores your acceptance of the AI data notice on your device.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: answering your questions, showing market data, tracking your portfolio, and running simulations.
- To personalize AI insights using the portfolio and preference data you provide.
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified data.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to track you across other companies' apps and websites. The Service contains no third-party advertising.
Third-party AI services
AI features are powered by third-party models. When you use them, we send your chat messages and, if you are signed in, the portfolio and preference data needed for the request to OpenRouter, which routes the request to the AI model provider that generates the response. These providers process the data to return a response, under their own terms and privacy policies. The app asks for your permission before any of this data is shared.
Please don't include sensitive information, such as bank account numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers, in chat messages.
Other service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Data retention
We keep account, chat, and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example, payment records) to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Copies in backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within 90 days.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the app or on our website: sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete Account. You can also ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing 1nyuratech@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.
- AI features. Your messages are sent to third-party AI providers only when you use AI features. If you don't want them processed this way, don't use AI chat or AI-generated insights.
- California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do Not Track
The Service does not track you across third-party websites or apps, so it responds to browser "Do Not Track" signals the same way it handles all other traffic.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Not financial advice
QuantE AI is an informational and educational tool. It is not a broker-dealer or registered investment advisor, does not execute real trades, and does not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
